Denim Manor's goal is to, well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your items as soon as received, so that, we can address any issues in a timely manner. you may reach out via email to contact@denimmanor within three business days of delivery.

Here is a simple run-down of procedures for returns:

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

• All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your items.

• Anything purchased with any form of personalization, special order, or custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

• Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

• personal denning fittings are not returnable; however can be credited towards a purchase of 500 or more.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
